"Don't use this clinic unless you want a bill to show up on your account because they didn't properly run your insurance and then they harass you about it for months. Never again."

"My wife had taken a tb test. She was told to come back before 5 on the 4th. So of course we made it and had a very unpleasant greeting by Wendy. We tried to check in and couldn’t due to no appointment when again she was told to just show up for the results. So we get there around 4:30 and waited until she (Wendy)comes out. She was mad it was only her running the clinic. She also tried to push us away because she came out to talk to us after 5 saying she can’t do anything because we didn’t have a appointment. So we then showed her the paper stating to pick it up at that location. Then she says as a courtesy I’m going to do it this time. Very unprofessional and called me and my wife hostile."

"I understand being short staffed. However, I made an appointment to came to cvs minute clinic for my hep b tither test for my school. I was told by the NP Tammy that she needs to get catch up with three patients who came in after me before doing my lab work. Ignoring the fact that I just waited 30 minutes while she saw another patient during my appointment. I'm confused on why I was sent away and told to go the Lab Corp or come back in 2 hours. I'm new to Arizona and CVS minute clinic but the service isn't making sense. I understand Triaging but this wasn't that because this is a non urgent clinic so no patients needs or test should be put in front of another's."

"I came in today just expecting a basic exam from some doctor with no personality. Instead I got a better service than my primary care doctor. Emily McCarthy really put her heart into her work. She was outstanding, remarkable at her job, super sweet, and easy to talk too. I could tell she really likes her job. Made me feel comfortable, which in most situations I’m a little anxious, so that’s saying a lot. Emily went beyond her job for my exam, noticed I have a ruptured ear drum. Gave me lot of advice on that and other concerns. Then gave up her break between me and the next patient after a 40 minute exam, to fill out a prescription for my ear and gave me lots of advice on how to treat it. I went home happy. Thank you Emily."

"Our appointment was at 5. When I checked in I was told 20 minutes, which with a toddler who already doesn't want a shot is pretty painful. The doctor called for an Elsa Sloan over the speakers, which didn't remotely resemble my daughter's name so I didn't go up. Which resulted in them taking another person before us. So we weren't seen until almost 45 minutes after our appointment. This location only has two chairs, which were taken by people who had to wait for their flu shots because the computer was having issues. The doctor was very nice and apologetic. She was good with my toddler. My daughter has recently become afraid of doctors and was crying quite a bit. The doctor wasn't really willing to push her by getting a good look in her ear to determine whether her ear infection had cleared up. She also gave her the flu shot but didn't take her temperature. The doctor at the other location said they can't get the shot if they have a fever or are sick, so I found it a little weird that she didn't check to see if my daughter still had the ear infection before giving her the shot. I'll probably bring my daughter to the other location we went to last week to have that doctor check her."
