"I live an hour from Dr Shell’s office and believe me it is well worth the trip. To start the office is very welcoming and friendly from the moment you open the door. After my 2nd back surgery, at 47, I was having difficulty getting physically active again and my mood was low and an associate knew of Dr Shell.
