"Zero stars!! Went to see them 2 weeks ago for neck pain, specifically stated I didn't want an adjustment. Dr. provided me with good care, my neck felt great for a week. However, his conversation was inappropriate and unprofessional. His treatment room was a disaster, very cluttered and messy. Went in 2 weeks from first visit, I don't think he charts on his patients, he didn't recall my last visit or exactly what he did. Again, conversation was inappropriate. I don't get offended easily but his conversations lacked professionalism and tact. Needless to say I won't be returning."

"Saw a review on here that made me comment. Dr. John and May are very thoughtful people who do a lot for the community. I have worked with them over the years on Kids Day and they want to bring kids and families together, not exclude anyone or any group. It seems to me the negative comment has an ulterior motive and not genuine. Dr. John is also super knowledgeable when it comes to his work as he has popped me back into place and got me back on my way. Hard to stay in business for so long if you don't know what you're doing or have a history with the community if you don't have positive relationships with everyone."

"My wife and I recently went here for our very first time getting adjusted. It started off cool as we was excited but this was the worst experience ever. The doctor (who is white) said the N word to us at least 5 times as he was describing a story in his past on what another white guy said. My wife, my 3 year old son (all of us are black) and I was all in the room when he said this and was immediately shocked! It's totally disrespectful because we don't even use this word around our son. He even referenced a term in the black community we do not joke about, and that word is noose. We did not make a follow up appointment, instead I called back the next day to describe my experience and requested the doctor to call me back, which he didn't. Clearly he do not care so I decided to write this review because he had a chance to write his wrong but he didn't. I do not advise anyone to go to this place."

"After the first couple visits I started to notice less pain in my back and less fatigue throughout the day. Been going for a couple weeks now and I look forward to every visit. The staff is very good at making you comfortable and well informed as to what they are doing to help correct any issues you have."

"Great experience every time I go there. I never get pushed into going more than I want to. I make my own appointments. The staff are friendly and I've had no wait times. The difference between this chiropractor and the ones I've seen before where I used to live is; he is caring and thorough. He takes the time to ask you where the problem areas are and really get down into the area that needs adjusting. He's the best chiropractor I've ever had."
