Sonora Quest Laboratories

"I went to Sonora Quest in Maricopa Az. On a Friday morning without an appointment. I was greeted with a Good Morning. Asked if I had an appointment,then was showed how to sign in on the kiosk. When I turned around I saw that the waiting room was packed! With-in a few minutes I was able to get a seat. More folks came in to also get blood work. In less than 25 minutes I was called back to the blood draw office and had a very nice lady who took my blood. She was done in no time. Folks, in other places I have waited much longer (more than an hour) with far less people there! Super clean waiting room, clean blood draw rooms, rest rooms where immaculate! Every staff member smiled said good morning and was very helpful! From now on this is the only Lab I will go to!"

"The guy who did my bloodwork was very kind and easy to talk to. I didn’t catch his name unfortunately. He has a gift of getting you talking and before you realize it he’s done. Pleasant experience overall"

"The Team Lead Maria was just flat out rude for no reason, for trying to find out what to do next. Had attitude from the start and it seems like she doesn’t want to work there.. not sure how she became team lead.. wasn’t by her knowledge because she didn’t know much either."

She displayed rudeness and treated people, particularly those from black and Hispanic backgrounds, in a very poor and condescending manner. It's disheartening to encounter such behavior, especially when seeking essential medical services. I strongly urge the need for someone more courteous and respectful to be placed at the front desk. As clients, we already have enough concerns and anxieties, and the last thing we expect is to be mistreated by a "customer service specialist"."
