"I've been here a few years and I recommend this site. I feel like my doctors genuinely care and listen to me. Staff has always been polite and helpful to me. I see other reviews that are fairly recent, and if things are not going smoothly, it really is because of the merger. New systems in place messed up all sorts of things for not just patients but all staff and doctors as well. It'll just take time for everyone to learn how to navigate the new portals and such. Things ran easily and quicker before, so I'm sure they will again. Even with all this going on, I still say this is some of the better care I've received."

"I really hate to have to this but this doctors office SUCKS….labs lost or something nobody can tell me nothing!!! Ridiculous go experiment on someone else and furthermore don’t charge my insurance for labs that I never received results for. I should’ve known this place wasn’t gonna help with my health after all it’s in the same parking lot of that NO GOOD ER"

"The doctors are Great! But the staff is HORRIBLE! I’m a 4 time stroke patient. Back in July I was supposed to be set up for PT that didn’t happen until end of September or early August. I was seen by Dr Lucas Walk in early November and he put in for me to have EMG and to see a Neurologist and they just faxed over referral yesterday . So I had to cancel my appointment for 1/5/24 because I haven’t see the Neurologist or had my EMG. My pharmacy faxed over for a refill for my diabetic meds 3 days ago and NO RESPONSE. What any I suppose to do? I AM A DIABETIC AND I NEED MY MEDS NOW! The staff have you on hold for hour or so then for whatever reason the phone hangs up. The front office staff keep telling me that their system upgrade is the reason why everything is backed up. The staff TAKES DAYS TO RETURN YOUR CALLS. I have medical background and THIS TYPE OF STUFF IS UNACCEPTABLE ON ALL LEVELS! I DON’T CARE ABOUT THAT I NEED MY MEDS! No and No I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS CLINIC! Last but not lease I was treated HORRIBLE AT Abrazo hospital on 19th Ave while I was a in house patient back in June-August"

"The address they have listed leads you to the main building but it’s actually not there. It’s the parking lot that is furthest back from Bethany home and the entrance is facing West. Above the door, it’s labeled Abrazo Family Medicine Residency Clinic and once you go up to it, there’s a sheet that says the new name. Once you enter, go to the stairs or elevator and through the door. I had a great experience with the doctor, he took his time with me and answered all my questions. Even though I arrived late (because I had trouble finding it), they saw me very quickly. Overall, good experience although they really need to update the address and the sign."
