"Stay away they put my wife through hell had her do an evasive test that HAD to be done before colonoscopy 3 times only to find they've been having trouble with that lab with false positives said never mind. Then scheduled procedure couple months out only to get call from hospital day before said insurance wasn't approved, called insurance they said G.I. consultants just sent paperwork in couple days before and take 4 to 5 days for approval g.i. told us it was OK trust them it would go through because it was late appointment she had 2 days of prep 2nd day hospital said still not approved g.i. said trust them IT WILL BE FINE minutes before procedure g.i consultants sorry we have to reschedule they blamed it on another company that's supposed to do the approvals and that it wasn't their fault"

"Very poor communication! I was a patient 5 years ago after my Colonoscopy and was told I have diverticulosis. This past month I experienced pain in which could be diverticulitis attack- I called to get in to see Khan- I was told due to COVID he isn't seeing patients in the office-made a virtual appt for two weeks out- couple days before the appt-I was called and told he couldn't make the 8 am call and they asked me to speak with his NP at 9: 30 same day OK that's fine looked her up two years since she graduated- but OK lets give it a try, 40 minutes prior to the call I get a call- saying she wont speak with me because I didn't register on some portal? really- that would have been good to know or how about communicating that had to be done prior? I did the portal and no call at 9:30? really! 25 minutes after scheduled appt I called and was told she took another patient can I do the call at 2pm? Or I could reschedule some 2 weeks out in April with Khan-excuse me but what does Im not feeling well mean to you? wait another couple weeks, I took the entire morning off to waste my time and get stressed out over a phone call - I didnt get to speak to anyone!!!!!"
