Crossover Tolleson

"I am not a fan of going to Crossover Heather care. The only reason I go is because they are familiar with the Amazon accommodation paper work. First of all they say they take walk ins so I left work because Amazon wanted to train me for something my body couldn’t do. I left work to go to CO health which is out of my way per work and home. When I got there I was told they don’t have anything available ( this is happened multiple times). They did have a virtual the next day. Great! So much easier! I got on the link they sent me and waited 10 minutes in the “waiting room” . After about 10 I called the number from the email and was told they were having issues on zoom on there end. Needless to say they didn’t have any zoom appointments available coming up and the next day I had to drive 45 minutes again. Went to the appointment with a Dr. I have had before and she seems less then enthusiastic about her job. This Dr. Seems to be on auto pilot. I have a hard time understanding her with her accent and a mask on. Asking me questions like a robot of what hurts(which is a total Amazon thing anyway) (Amazon has a way of higher up giving you the only text book answer instead of testing you like a person) it’s almost unconvertible sitting in The room because of the vibe. I felt when she was asking me about my injuries she thought I was faking. That’s how all safety and medical are at Amazon. I feel not heard. I got my paper work filled out and that’s what I needed to be excused from training in an area my body can’t handle."

"The staff here at this cross over health in tolleson have gone beyond the call of duty for my medical needs! They actually care and really listen...and ask alot of questions and also check other prevention issues in the same visit.... they never rush you and run labs in the same visit.... and Sharon Sawyer, NP is absolutely amazing!! I came in there and she quickly started asking me questions and listened to everything I told her and follows up with my medical needs... Sharon actually cares about her patients!"

"Dr. Hamm has been the only doctor to keep in communication with me even after the first initial appointment. I’m relieved to finally have doctor to count on out here. Update: so I’ve been going through physical therapy with Adam here and it’s been the saving grace both physically and mentally/emotionally. I feel like he’s helped me both recover and maintain my strength and keep whatever mobility I had before the injury, maybe even improve it. I recommend him to anyone in need of a PT."

"The only good thing here is that its only for Amazon Associates & their family, so no long wait times. I paid a $45 co-pay to see a dr for mental health and to also fill out paperwork for work. The doctor said they don't fill out paper work and I would have to see my PCP. They need to take mental health seriously and if they don't fill out paperwork, they need to inform us before we waste $45 co-pay and can actually go see a therapist that will help."
