"This was my first visit and i was shocked how i was greeted and talked AT and blamed for the scheduling mistake made by the staff. No one a ever took ownership of the issue, but instead blamed me. Thanks to Amy this last visit, who jumped in at the last minute to take care of me. She is outstanding in her profession. She listened to me and got the ball rolling on 2 procedures. I will not be doing telemeds any longer as I requested. Everyone jumps in, including our manager at APM. She is as efficient and effective as any professional I have met. All the Dr.'s are great. From my anesthesiologist to my procedures Dr.'s. No complaints, only praises for all."
