Nationwide Vision

"Worst customer service. I went for my vision exam and the front desk was not approachable. I didn’t think much of it and I waited for my contacts to come in. They finally arrived and when I went to pick up, the front desk wasn’t friendly. Instead of greeting me and offering me solution for my contacts and a case. She put them on the counter (contacts only) and asked me to sign to confirm I picked up. I asked if they sold solution and case for my contacts, that’s when she brought me a travel size “free” but I wasn’t asking for a travel size and I didn’t care to pay. I felt discriminated.. especially when the doctor had allowed me take my contacts and the customer service front desk didn’t allow me until I took a class. Not only did I feel discriminated but I felt overwhelmed because front desk left the front and went to “talk” to the doctor (I’m guessing she want ok with me taking my contacts without the class even though the doctor had approved of me). It’s interesting how I went to pick up my contacts (something that should only take 5min) and I was there more then 10, and left with no contacts. Customer service is priority when you work with public. If you cannot handle to traffic and fast paced environment. You shouldn’t be working. I treat everyone equally. I would NEVER recommend this location."

"Over the last 4 years I e had to have them remake 14 pairs of glasses because they were either the wrong frame or prescription. I broke my glasses last week and I was told I would need to wait up to a month for just the frames to come in. This was after needing to wait 3 months for these glasses because they kept "loosing my order""

"Thank you Silva for answering all my questions. I requested an appointment time and date like nationwide vision asked you to do online. I received an email saying I would get a call in 24hrs! its has past 24hrs no calls, no emails,.BUT Silva says they did call but it's wired no miss calls, no voice-mail from nationwide vision doesn't companies like nationwide vision leave voicemail. I understand places get booked but really you can't call or even email and say we are sorry that time and day isn't available."
