"I’m very upset with the hospital. I went and did a GI, colonoscopy, and las about 2 months ago. I’m been trying to call and get results and there’s no one that can give me answers of my results. They just transfer the call, I don’t know to whom because they didn’t even tell me, and again. NO ANSWER!! Left a message and haven’t received a call back. I don’t know what to do anymore. I guess I would contact my PRIVATE insurance and let them know. I’m paying so much money for my insurance and to get no results of my labs. That’s a JOKE!!! Sorry not even 1 ⭐️"
"not only are the receptionists absolutely horrible, the doctor I was scheduled to see, as well as their assistant do not answer phone calls, voicemails, or patient portal messages. My medicine has been sent to flagstaff even though I asked numerous times for it to be sent to Goodyear, even well before they were sent to either pharmacy. I loved seeing Tracy Stricker but she is no longer with IMS, good for her getting out of this company, I can see why."
"The front desk secretaries are so awful it isn't even worth the trouble. They really need to hire women with manners that answer the phone. If you call they make you wait 15 to 20 mins are laughing and chatty when they answer and make it clear that they do not care about your time. They are in a rush for no reason and they are difficult to deal with because they don't care to listen or care if they make you upset. Find a doctor somewhere that can make you feel welcome and like they are trying to help you. Bye Dr. Sumpter."
