"Had my gallbladder removed and they were amazingly nice and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I never want surgery again but if I needed it, I'd go back here. Also, my surgeon Dr. James Cooper is the best also. He answered any and all my questions and was sweet the whole time."

"Great office! There was not one person I encountered there that wasn't absolutely amazing! I was so nervous for surgery and everyone there made me feel so secure about everything. I was in an out of surgery before I knew it, when I woke up there was a nice nurse helping me with everything I needed and she made sure I felt comfortable before I left. "Billing was a nightmare. They required payment before the procedure, then according to my insurance Desert Mirage owed us a refund of most of their required payment. Then it was slow to get the refund. I'm still waiting. They say the refund will go out at the end of the month, but I just saw that they've tried billing our insurance again slightly differently. Keep in mind I did ask up front how much the procedure would cost and they have received MORE than what they quoted me. I'm hoping that it turns out alright, but I've never had so much trouble with a medical billing department."
