"*Update to my last review* I have been seeing Pat for my HTR/pellets for about 4 years now and I feel great! Pat is extremely knowledgeable and shares her wisdom so her patients understands. "Keep getting run around that someone will call back. Was told by receptionist not to sure if they can see me. Keep leaving messages. Going around and circles. Can't schedule a new patient visit. Update:That is incorrect was not told you could not see me as how would you know if I never went for an initial consultation. Even your Provider Patricia said I would have to come in for a consultation first to be seen for hormone imbalance concerns and that you were wrong for telling me that. You told me that you would check with the Provider to see if they see for my related issues .I believe I spoke with a Front receptionist who called to say they called me however I have no messages left nor texts. She started telling me off but when I spoke up she hung up. Called her back and spoke with Provider Patricia who was more empathetic. You could hear that girl yelling in the background. She must be related to be able to go off on a rant. The receptionist said I was unprofessional yet she called to tell me off and hung up. She was very rude and unprofessional. Not a customer driven organization. She could of just scheduled me from the get-go for a new pt consultation and the Provider could have advised if she could treat my concern. No need for all this from the receptionist! Ridiculous and tacky!!"
