Clinica La Familia El Mirage

"It's a wonderful facility but even when you are on time for your appointment they are late to see you even when you are there for being they leave out in the waiting area to literally faint while they are taking there time not doing anything. I'm kind of wondering do they even look at the reviews that they get from people? I mean I'm sick now and I'm afraid to call them to make an appointment because I'm afraid of how long have to wait in the waiting area to be seen . I'm doing my best to understand what are they going to fix the problem? This clinic is the.closet one to my home. To me, the staff members are respectful but some of the staff members can be disrespectful I mean very disrespectful and I think that there customer service can be better. I know that they go through different this I do understand but attend to your patients that make appointments that is on time. Another thing that's disrespectful to me is that I think (think) that they are very prejudice towards African-Americans coming to there facility but that is the nearest clinic close to my home. I'm like what can I do? I'm at a lost"

"This is the worst place to come and make appointments the lady's in the front are a joke they need someone to manage them, and hopefully, they stop gossiping about customers coming in and pay attention to what ther job duties are. I've been trying to make an appointment with Doctor Blair for the last 2 weeks and every time it something because they fail to do your job ."

"I was seen an hour past my scheduled appt after showing up 15 min early, per their request. Not once did they agknowledge how late they were. Once they got around to seeing me, I don't think the doctor even bothered to look at me. She rushed through my concerns and spent the whole 5.2 minutes typing. I've seen a lot of doctors but I've rarely felt so unseen or uncared about. She clearly either misunderstood or blatently ignored me and I'm thoroughly underwhelmed. This is particularly sad because the last person I saw at this practice, a PA, was AMAZING. I'll make it a point to never see the doctor again."

"Dr Blair Ball is the only reason this clinic gets a 2 star from me. He is very kind and seems to care However every front desk girl or assistant that I have encountered there doesn't know their head from their rear-end. They are extremely unprofessional. They think that because I am a white girl that I don't understand Spanish but I do. Every time I have had to go there either for myself or my children they claim to not have record of them. I go to get their shots cause the school said they are due for them and the records we gave when we moved here they seem to not have either. I just went for my son's 11 yr check up where he needs his 11 yr old shots and they refused to give him them because they say he is missing alot of shots yet they don't have any records?!!! They did this with my oldest 3 weeks ago and still gave him his shots. I have worked in the medical field for 15 years and have never experienced such unprofessional and an incompetent bunch of people. Unbelievable!!! Needless to say I will definitely be on the hunt for a new place. I'm not sure why that Dr deals with such a place."
