"The front office ladies are always nice when I come in and are very easy to talk to over the phone. Dr. Kellie Lim was really easy to communicate with.Overall I would definitely recommend them as a whole. I’ve had a bad experience with another pysch office being late to contact or not communicating properly so Notre Dame is a breath of fresh air."

"(Fyi half of my review went missing once i posted it!) I've had trouble getting a hold of anyone since my 1st appt. They don't do talk therapy and only want to prescibe meds. I need a copy of my medical records to bring with me to a talk therapist. I can't reach anyone in the office and my appt requests have been declined. It's like they want to get you in for that first appt so they can bill your insurance. They have no follow up criteria at all. The person kept stating that I have the worst depression and scored extremely high on the test they have you take but they won't answer the phone or accept your appt requests. Worst office practices I've ever dealt with. Boy did I make a poor choice!"

"I was in a major crisis that almost got me sent me for immediate hospitalization. Dr Ashmalla was critical to the sense of urgency I required. I'm doing extremely well and feeling "normal". I will say, I have televists what were delayed, I accepted if another patient was being treated in any way shape or form like I was in the beginning, I would patiently wait for my call. After all, what if that person was in crisis the way I was. The cell phone service here in Surprise is not the best, I accept that to be an issue also."

"I received a confirmation email of my 4:45 appointment. Yet nobody contacted me at 4:45 pm. In fact my phone was blown up with various calls from the office at 12pm during my work day instead. This is really inappropriate. The office should not pick and choose when to uphold appointments and minimally your office needs to contact their patients when their appointments are to be canceled/rescheduled. I need my prescriptions refilled and now will be struggling due to the office randomly disregarding my appointment."
