"On the 1st day I came in I showed both my insurance information. This is the 3rd time I was in an now they tell me they don't take one of my insurance forms and won't be able to continue to see me. The front staff only entered in one of the insurance companies information, but now that's my fault. The second form of insurance has the insurance cards on the app. I provided that to the front staff in person when I came in for my first appointment. I specifically I have provided both forms of insurance to every doctor I have gone to. No other doctors office has had any issues with billing either of my insurance. Zuwa clearly didn't have a problem with billing, because the first time I was seen there was over a month ago."

Now that they have Eva and Tara in the front, things have been very smooth and consistent. I have lived in Maricopa since 2005 and have been a patient at most of the medical practices in town.
