"I am disappointed to be writing this less than stellar review, because I really did like my provider I had at this location, Ameet. I spent so much time trying to get someone on the phone for two weeks. I found a way to request an appointment via email and it took a week for them to call me. In the meantime I had already scheduled an appointment with a different office to establish care. When I did receive the call, they didn't seem phased when I told them my issues."

"Saw Celine Vallarez yesterday. She was amazing. I went in for severe arthritis pain and a rash. She ordered a pain shot for me and gave me some prescriptions to get all Walmart. She listened and heard me. I didn't tell her this but I wanted to die. After a very long time of suffering I finally got some help. Please tell her she is my savior plus my Lord of course. Thank you, thank you and thank you! I can see a future now."

"Ameet is great but the office policies are terrible. I had x-rays done and they won't tell me the results without scheduling a follow-up. My wife had blood work done and they wouldn't discuss it with her unless she made an appointment. People have busy lives with work and family, but they don't care about helping the patients."

"I have been a patient of Ameet for over a year now. I’m not the biggest fan of writing negative reviews but this is my health. My well being. I work 40+ hours a week like most everyone else does and on top of that I have thyroid disease and have since I was 16 years old… 30 now. The staff I have encountered with over the phone the past two times - my experiences have been terrible. I know I’m not always the easiest person, especially when I’m depressed or sick and I am aware enough to take responsibility for my actions when I feel I’m in the wrong… but I know how thyroid works. I mean… after all I’m the one that deals with the disease and I’m the one dealing with the affects of it. Situations like this for thyroid patients aren’t helpful for their thyroid… at all… and can actually make them worse. I shouldn’t have to see my doctor to get a blood test for my next results. I have now taken a half day at my new job to find out there was no blood test even in the system. Lol talk about feeling not heard nor cared for. I know you all do your best to give the best care u can - at least I would hope… but maybe educate yourself; idc what position your in - so you can understand what’s going on on the other end of the line. So much unnecessary stress that has such a simple solution. One person reflects everyone there so it’s really unfortunate that I’m now taking the time I had put in for pto to get a simple blood test done but instead am writing this review and have to figure out a new plan of how I will even be able to get my medication. —— I want to update my review now that I have more understanding… I received a phone call from the MA, Taryn, (sorry for spelling) and she made me feel very comforted and heard. It’s very sad that one bad egg can have an effect on an entire batch but if there is any hope in me staying with Ameet, who I’ve never had issues with, her phone call was that. Thank you for following up and hearing me, taking the time, thank you for showing me I matter and thank you for correcting the issue. It’s sad that Caden, who isn’t even in the office, has such a strong presence and the people in office are the ones that have to deal with the clean up. Hopefully no one else has to feel the way I did. Sucks thinking your buttons will be pushed just calling into the doctor for a simple blood test. Again my issue has been corrected by the people in office, the ones that see me when I come in at my best and worst. Only reason I won’t switch to 5 stars is because I was dealt a storm that didn’t need to happen."

"Dr. Bajpai is the best, always professional and willing to actually listen to understand versus listen to quickly respond. The new Medical Assistant (I cannot remember her name) is so sweet and also wants to know how things are. I will not see any other doctor! Front staff are very professional and quick! Past few months things have gone down. I'm not sure of what is going on but medication is not being called in on time, new medication is not even being called in. I have to call to remind my doctor that he prescribed me something. Hoping things will get better, I do not want to have to change providers, my family and I have been going here since 2005. The "new" medical assistant is no longer there. Sad because she was in top of things......"
