I've been waiting for my appointment since 8:20 this morning and she didn't check me in until 8:55, and I wasn't able to get in until 9:05. When I told her why I was checked in so late, she just said it was a mistake and didn't bother to apologize."

"DR seemed indifferent towards me. Just said go see specialist. Waste of time and money. Back office staff (not doctors) telling you incorrect medical information because they are too busy gabbing with coworkers to pay attention to the professionals. Guess anyone can be a DR here? Constant appointment cancelation. This place sucks. Manager avoided all attempts to ask for help."
"Visited in summer 2022 and had a great experience. The staff at the front desk was very kind, the nurse that took my vitals was also extremely nice, talked to me like a human being, and then my appointment with FNP Adrian Bunta for a general/annual check-up (after having not gone for a few years) was the best experience I’ve had with a doctor. He asked lots of questions to understand my concerns and was extremely down to earth. Made me feel at ease the whole time and with the process moving forward. There seems to be a lot of negative reviews, and I hadn’t always had the best experiences here, but these were anywhere from 9 to 3 years ago. For the here and now, I was very impressed and pleased with the experience."
