"My recent visit was incredibly positive. The staff warmly welcomed me, and my provider David, PA was truly delightful. He exhibited exceptional attentiveness, knowledge, and clarity in explaining everything. His friendly approach immediately put me at ease, and I left feeling reassured and excellently cared for. "Clean facility, short wait time. However, the receptionist told me I owed $35 for my copay, charged my card, then said she would give me the receipt before I left. I checked my receipt when I got home, and she actually charged me $75! I called them and she notified me that when the insurance card does not state a specific amount for Urgent Care, they usually just charge $75. They did not even bother to verify with my insurance. I had to call my insurance, do a conference call with them, so they would finally believe me. She informed me that she would email the billing department, who will issue the refund. Hopefully they will refund me the correct amount of $40. This was definitely inconvenient, and could have been avoided by simply calling to verify with the insurance company."

"I have used this urgent care many times and have never had problems until recently. My first problem is that my mother was told, after leaving a urine sample, that she had a high level of white blood cells which indicates infection. Antibiotics were prescribed. Then a few days later, she gets a phone call saying ‘There is no infection, we don’t know why you have white blood cells but you can go ahead and stop taking the antibiotics’. Are you KIDDING me? Anyone in medical knows that you don’t stop antibiotics for fear of creating a resistance in the body and let’s go ahead and address how we just aren’t concerned with ‘high levels’ of white blood cells? The lack of compassion and enthusiasm at the front desk is shocking. I understand that working in an urgent care may not be your choice career, but would a smile and friendly tone of voice be too much to ask for people coming in feeling less than their best? I expect more out of a Banner facility."

"I was feeling very sick, I work nights and woke feeling worse. I walked into the office and the front desk Admin. Assistant was very nice and pleasant, as well as the Tech and the PA. I filled out short painless forms, got called back to be checked and that took about an hour or less. I am very satisfied with my services today."

"I don’t remember the woman I saw but she was a beautiful pregnant lady. She was so understanding and helpful. Validated the pain I’m in and had a solution. The front desk lady could’ve been more friendly but still had a great experience. Thanks again ❤️"
