"I have been to 2 other P.T. facilities locally and this Spooner is the best. I like them because, first, Aaron interviewed me carefully to learn more about my needs and wants. He showed personal interest, listened thoughtfully and sought a good plan for me. There is a good reasonable process to keep the employees busy all the time with patients and to keep the patients moving all the time and at our own pace. I like the way each employee, therapists and assistants, learn each patients' name and talk with us with genuine care, unlike the other facilities I've been to. The only reason that I do not give 5 stars is because I wish there was more space and privacy between patients for the office is limited, and it is often very crowded. That's good for business, but not so much for the customers. Keep up the good work, folks."
