"My doctors are absolutely excellent which is what keeps me there. However, for the past probably 8ish telehealth appointments I've had, I've had to call them to ask for a link to login because I'm never actually sent a link, I recieve all the other texts to fill out the info and of course give them my money. But can't seem to get the login text. I also try to go to their patient portal and I'm consistently given directions.... and this appointment is not in person ever, it's always been over the phone or video chat. My other issue with them is that there is some sort of communication break down somewhere, I believe it's due to the high volume number of patients they're seeing but I can only speculate. But my very first visit was met with confusion when I called later to ask why I wasn't given all the meds the doctor and I talked about, I was met with being repeatedly told the same thing which was that he wasn't gonna prescribe that med, which was talked about for a different medication than the one I was calling about and they refused to hear me and kept telling me he said he wasn't gonna prescribe it and it turned into a bigger issue than necessary all because the receptionists and their manager at the time wouldn't hear me and I got progressively upset as they repeated to me the same thing and I repeated back "yes he said that about this medication not the one I'm calling about tho." Eventually I just had to eat it and get over it and stay confused. I thought about finding a new doctor but another receptionist convinced me to stay by being nice, helpful, understanding and taking the time to listen. However, a lot of times when I call about questions and such, I will wait about 2 business days before I'll call again just to get an answer to my initial phone call question. This can go for about a week and a half or 2 weeks before I get a response. And today I had a 9am appointment and though I've done everything I'm supposed to my provider hasn't been able to make it to my appointment yet. And they're a therapist so sometimes they may have emergencies to deal with, but it's up to the clinic staff then to let her patients know that she has something to deal with and that wasn't done. It's 30 minutes past my appointment time and it took me calling to figure out if I even still have an appointment."
