"My family became members with Surprise Care upon my release of a hospital stay about 2 years ago now. I've been nothing but impressed by Kalin Harding! She has been absolutely wonderful. While I do carry medical insurance through my job, it is worth every single penny for me to subscribe to her services. I no longer have to go into a doctors office to be ignored by the doctor. With Kalin, I get her full attention, true care for my health issues and she genuinely listens to help find the root cause of my issues to treat them. I'm still able to use my insurance to help with costs on things such as my prescriptions, and I look at the member cost vs. copays at the doctors office using my insurance, to come out in the wash - I don't feel to be paying anything extra overall, but the care I receive from Kalin is top notch! She's also taken great care of my daughter. Even when illness is going around and she is not feeling great, she's still made herself available to her patients - which is honestly unheard of by any provider I've utilized before. We were able to have a phone appointment with my daughter being sick and prescriptions sent straight to the pharmacy. I appreciate the fact that she doesn't ever just band-aid our illnesses.
