"My mother was a patient of Dr. Fala for many years and on 3/1/24 my mother passed away. On the day she passed away, the police tried to contact Dr. Fala, but he would not respond to them. Then the funeral home tried to contact Dr. Fala to sign the death certificate for 12 days and no one from the office would call them back or even speak to the funeral home. After the funeral home got nowhere and kept getting the run around with this clinic and Dr. Fala, I finally submitted a complaint to the Medical Board because of Dr. Fala’s violation of state statutes to certify a death certificate within 72 hours. Wouldn’t you believe it, less than 2 hours after the complaint was submitted he signed it. I wonder why so fast all of a sudden. It took 12 days for Dr. Fala to sign the death certificate, 12 UNNECESSARY DAYS! Before I submitted the complaint to the Board, I called the office to discuss the situation with the office manager, she used the classic “I’m in a meeting” excuse to not take my call. Give me a break, she was too much of a coward to talk to a family that they have blown off for 12 days. If you are looking for a doctor who doesn’t follow state statutes for at least signing death certificates, a doctor who does not return calls to police/funeral homes/patient families, and an office manager who does not return calls or avoids assisting patients and their families this is the place for you. I am still waiting on the call back that I requested from this place or an apology for their delay, but I won’t hold my breath. After reading some of the reviews, poor communication seems to be mentioned a few times, so this is nothing new for them. I cannot comment on the quality of care they provide because I am not a patient and I never will be. I am only reviewing my experience with this office after my mother passed. Just glad to finally move forward after Dr. Fala unnecessarily delayed our grieving."

"I had a very pleasant experience at Fala Medical Clinic. The waiting area and clinician offices are quite modern, very clean, and filled with natural light. I was seen by the doctor’s PA, Julia Shumkov to establish care as a new patient. Julia impressed me because she took the time to listen and address my concerns. I never once felt like a number being rushed through the system. She is extremely knowledgeable, proactive, and thorough. I came away feeling confident about Fala Medical Clinic. It’s challenging in today’s environment to find a good doctor’s office competent in communication, professionalism, and knowledge."

Dr. Fala is amazing...so easy to talk to, never feel rushed, and he is thorough. I was going to the same primary care nearly an hour away because I could not find one close to home that I felt was equivalent. I can honestly say Dr. Fala has exceeded my expectations!
