"I had a worst experience with the Dr Taylor Boyack. I visited in august 2023 and he gave me prescription with my new sight which was completely trash!! I had severe headaches and was unable to work infront of computers. I was straining my eyes a lot. Again I visited him in September 2023 and he increased my eye sight by 0.50 just within less than a month and he told me to wear 1year old prescribed glasses which was given by Safford eye Dr in 2022 when ever I am working in front of system. He is very rude and not good at his profession. Now according to him I should wear 2022 prescribed glasses and new glasses both which I don’t know how it make sense. Even my husband had the same problem. He is not checking the eye sight properly which is making us to visit another second time and he is more interested to spend customers money by telling about contact lens, exercise course etc. He doesn’t care about peoples health in my case. Very unprofessional behavior by his assistant. Checking glasses based on prescription hardly takes a few minutes to know. He said he is busy and don’t have time to do so. The appointment was at 9.40am and they called me at 10.10am after pleasing them that I need to go for work. Worst experience and I will never visit him again!"

"I went in as new patient and they charged me for eye exam ..56.00, which I was suppose to get free from my insurance, then they are very expensive on glasses, which I was suppose to get 100.00 off with, and frames where ones I could buy at dollar store ,and they charged me over 200.00 . Then i went in to pick up glasses and paid in full my bill, even made sure nothing else was owed, and 2 weeks later get a bill for 40.00 more??? Went in to pay them and let them know my glasses were not strong enough and because i was less then 2 weeks over my guarantee they would have to charge another 156.00 or more to get them fixed. I feel totally ripped by this establishment. I do not recommend this place."
