"Grand Building and Remodeling, John Martinez, did an excellent job on our building project which consisted of an additional room to our home (combo bedroom/laundry room with cabinets) and an attached single car garage. John was open to our choices, he followed up regularly, he had a clear and precise contract, and finished our project in a timely manner. He also came back after the project was completed (and paid for) to correct a small issue. We had gotten 3 estimates and Grand was in the middle cost wise but we chose Grand Building because John was the most professional. We are glad we did and we'll definitely hire Grand Building again when we have another project."
