"I was very disappointed with Dr. Tok and her front office staff. First thing my referral was sent by my physician 2 weeks and never heard from them. I called and left 2 messages and never heard back so I tried one more time and I finally got a live person. The first girl who answered me too my information and said she was placing me on hold, that was 30 minutes waiting on that phone. Then someone else picked the call up and created my file while I was speaking with her it an hour just to schedule. First impression oh her was not well at all! I was told to arrive 9:45 a.m. and my appointment is scheduled for 10:10 a.m They didn’t call me to the back room till 11:15 a.m. by then I was flustered having to drive an hour plus trip just to see her. Dr. Tok flew through the door, I couldn’t not get a word in edgewise. There was never an opportunity to tell her what was going on with me all she kept saying was you need to loose weight! Then took me down the hall while she was sprinting down the hallway yelling at me that she wants to see me in 3 months. She never explained to me what RA is and what the plan was on treatment. I went to her for answers and I came out feeling broken, torn down and frustrated! I cried all the way home. Run! Don’t spend your time on this doctor! When your pain is excruciating you do not want to deal with stress or conflicts. I don’t have the strength to fight!"
