"Extremely rude front desk. When I walked in I was told that since I had signed-in on their paper sign in sheet I could sit down wait. No hello, how can we help you, or even who the hell are you? On leaving I was told that the already scheduled appointment, that they had called me make, didn't exist, that it couldn't have been made, I was mistaken. I suspect that since they'd called me to come today that they must have canceled that appointment without telling me? This all made no sense because it meant that I wouldn't have had another therapy session for two weeks. My therapist was great but there's no way that I'll ever want to have anything to do with that front desk again."
