"Great customer service. Checked me in easily and took me back in 5—10 minutes. Nurse was courteous and listened to me while she took my vitals. Practitioner came in soon after. Asked additional questions and checked my physical condition. She ruled out a couple thoughts I had and then ordered a chest X-ray. She quickly ruled out pneumonia and after looking at my throat she confirmed an acute sinus infection. Got me out of there in about 30-40 minutes total. All while I felt like I was being paid attention to."

"My experience at the Carbon Health Urgent Care was for the most part excellent! I did a bit of online research prior to choosing Carbon Health prior to choosing this Urgent Care as I am from out of state. Making an appointment seemed to be a good idea so I did and was seen in a timely manner. The individual who “roomed me” spoke very fast and was quite “brusk” in her demeanor and actions…not the most personable. Charissa, the NP so I saw was fantastic! She and I were on the same page so to speak and she totally understood where I was coming from and what my needs were. She demonstrated her caring and concern and explained the care plan well.
