"I had a medical device delivered to my home. The driver called to tell me he was on his way and arrived on time and was very friendly and helpful. He explained how to use the device and told me he would be back the next day to lice the device up. I asked what time and he said about the same time. He showed up the next day when he said and again was very friendly. I would absolutely use April healthcare again."

"I was an in-patient at Sunrise Hospital, Las Vegas, NV. Hospital staff put my wife in contact with your Las Vegas location. APRIA representative in Las Vegas: Easy to work with. Met my wife in the hospital parking lot and loaded an oxygen concentrator, 5 small oxygen bottles with dolly into our car. APRIA Bullhead City, AZ: We broke the plastic barbed oxygen-out connection around 4:30pm. My wife was able to contact someone at APRIA to explain our dilemma. A technician was dispatched to our home and arrived around 5:00pm and promptly exchanged the oxygen concentrator. APRIA receptionist Bullhead City, AZ: At about the same time, I called and spoke to a different employee. She sounded very young. Explained my problem. She said they had concentrators, but I would need to drive to their location before they close to exchange equipment but must arrive before they close at 5:00pm because all drivers return to the store by then. What if my concentrator quit at midnight and I didn't have any more bottles, I asked. You can always get needed oxygen supplies in the morning because no deliveries until then. This employee is totally untrained and ambivalent about emergency after-hours APRIA service."

"Worst customer service I have ever experienced !!! Waiting on my cpap machine for over three months doctors kept sending prescription to apria in bullhead so I kept calling them with a no response that they didn't receive it went back and forth until I talked to a young gentleman he says well maybe they dont have our new fax number so he gives me a new fax number bam!!! they get the prescription now this started back in october now its January I missed my deductible on my insurance now I gotta pay full pop for my cpap machine when I could of gotten it for free !!! Now I'm waiting again cause I saved up the money to get cpap now it's been two weeks and they haven't called me to say it's ready this place should be shut down !!!"

"Pathetic Service!!!!! Two weeks and still no CPAP supplies. You can't understand a work they are saying. Four separate calls and still nothing. i have been told they are escalating it and I would receive a call within 24 hours and here I am 96 hours and no call. So i called again today and they still have not even contacted my insurance. So once again I am being told I will receive a call within 24 hours. Could barely understand the customer service rep. How long does it take to verify insurance?? These days within minutes, not days Apria is the worst."
