"I take my mother in law here. She sees Dr. Severino. I think he is competent in geriatrics. The population here in San Luis, AZ is almost entirely Mexican immigrants or first generation in the US. The attendants speak Spanish and help with the doctor's instructions. It's as good as it gets."

"First let me say this: If you have a loved one who is very sick, you are better off going to Mexico, or Yuma. These people do not have the ability or equipment to do simple things like administering IV fluids. My Girlfriend and I were recently in San Luis for the holidays. Unfortunately everyone got sick and it hit my girlfriend the hardest. She got really dehydrated from throwing up and going to the bathroom. We made it there on time for our appointment and had to wait at least 30 minutes, just to be told that they couldn't do anything and they didn't have anyway of testing her electrolyte balance and even if they did, they did not administer IVs. In the time that we waited, we could have driven the 30 minutes that it takes to get to Yuma's Urgent care clinic or the Hospital. Very unhappy with this place."
