"DON'T GO HERE FOR DOT MEDICAL REPORT THERE IS NO M.E. went in here did testing then I'm assuming because it was closing time on a Thursday the doctor didn't want to see me...3 day weekend. So decided willy-nilly that he was going to want a cardiac report from a cardiologist problem is this is not part of the DOT examination he took it upon himself to add this in doing so coloring outside of the lines of the medical examiner's report costing me my medical card because it expired . But the kicker in this was the rude secretary who told me that they're not giving me my license and they're not giving me my money back which the DOT,  FMCSA ( the Federal Motor Carrier safety administration) DOJ,  the National Insurance crime Bureau the National Health Care fraud Association and the DEA found interesting, So I guess proper background screening of the people that work for you in certain cases can really mean the difference of you having a medical license or not. You see since I'm not working and sitting at home I don't have my medical card I have a lot of time on my hands. And you just found out this little caveat ,when things like this happen the FBI can take it upon themselves to freeze the assets of the license holder in questions seeing as they represent the federal government when they decide to do the medical reports for the Federal Motor Carrier safety administration. And then they have to get reports from all the different agencies that have to investigate them the FDA is currently taking about 4 years to get these done so I've been out of $100 which isn't really a big deal for four or five days I couldn't imagine being out of all my funds for 3 to 4 years. Waiting for a federal agency to write a report to be sent back up the line to the doj and giving them one more chance today I called and they said they are not refunding my money and I said what is your medical examiner's license number the secretary or whomever said that medical examiner study dead bodies well that is true but the form that you were holding in your hand that's a DOT form also States medical examiner's report WOW . So while I usually choose my battles carefully and rarely do I go after an injustice because it's just easier to let things go this is not one of those times I will spend and this may sound Petty but I will spend the rest of my life if necessary righting this wrong. And every waking hour shutting this shady ass practice down"

"I went in simply to fill my HBp meds. We lost our health insurance. Told us it would be $100 for the visit to refill. Took my BP was 170/90. Then they wanted lab tests paid for before peescribing.beung poor,I walked out with my BP still soaring as I could not afford the stupid lab test. Thanks for nothing . Hope I don't have a stroke."
