"Michael in the urgent care is the most up beat person I've ever dealt with in medical staff any where. more places need a guy like him. he went and above and beyond to solve my issue all while being professional and witty and so super nice which lifted a ton of stress off of my shoulders. I really recommend this place every experience I have just gets better and better."

"My husband and I have had an absolutely terrible experience with this office. Dr. McRae was great the one time I got to meet him but his office assistant is far too overwhelmed to do her job. We’ve had problems almost every month with prescriptions… they don’t return our calls or messages, they don’t follow through and send your prescription when they say they are going to and overall make you feel like they don’t care about you or your health. Nothing more frustrating that being unable to reach someone at the office then you finally get to talk to someone and they don’t do what they say they’re going to do. We both take prescriptions that cannot have lapses without serious side effects and I’ve never had a doctors office that allowed this to happen so frequently (or at all!) My husband I aren’t the types to complain and we give a million chances… but after 6 months of terrible care we’re ready to say goodbye to this office forever!!"

"Urgent care side is great. But if you want to use this office on the actual medical side, don’t expect to be cared for by your Doctor when you are actually sick. They push their sick patients onto the urgent care side so we have to wait in the office and pay double for our co-pay! Whenever I have called when I need actual care for being sick they don’t have any appointments for a week to 2 weeks out! I am so disappointed because I actually like this office but unfortunately I need to find an office I can find care for when I am sick as well. I can’t wait for a week to get an antibiotic when I am sick."

"If you are looking for urgent care you are fine to go here. Family practice, besides the knowledgeable Dr. and practitioner, is a joke. Don’t plan on ever getting messages returned, nobody answers calls at the front desk, and today I called for lab results from 2 weeks ago because I was told I’d hear back in a couple days and they never got the results back from the lab. This was a simple CBC. I’m a nurse, this family practice is chaotic."

"I have been coming to this practice for several years but I have not been happy now for a year or so. My FNP left and I have not been truly impressed with the others that I have seen here. I had lab work come back with a critical level and was not notified for 7 days! It is nearly impossible to get a hold of someone at the front desk. The last draw was 3+ weeks to schedule an appointment for an established patient. Sorry but my health is more important than substandard care and I will be finding a practice that feels the same way."
