Abrazo Surprise Hospital 16815 West Bell Road, Surprise, AZ 85374

"I went to the abrazo emergency room in surprise az at 303/bell. I had a terrible experience. My blood pressure was high causing me a lot of nausea but the doctor literally didn’t do anything to help me because he just assumed I was sick because I had smoked marijuana 2 weeks before. I was there for about 2-3 hours and by the time I left I was no better than when I went in. Several hours later I had to be taken to another emergency room again BY AMBULANCE because my blood pressure and heart rate were even higher than they were when I went to abrazo. Banner Del Webb ran my bloodwork and told me I was severely dehydrated! They gave me 2 bags of saline and that’s all it took to get all my labs back to normal- and they made sure my blood pressure was under control before they discharged me. Your doctor that I saw at abrazo was rude and not helpful. And I don’t know how he missed my dehydration."

"Never in my life have I had a better experience during an ER visit than this hospital provided. Everyone was super friendly and caring. My husband went in for a possible DVT. We were in and out in under 2 hrs. That included labs and an ultrasound. This will be our go to from now on."

"I always seem to have negative experiences when coming here. The staff seems to just want to get patients out without actually helping patients with their issues. Came in with intense abdominal pain and was give an IV, had some blood work done and sent home within acid reducer prescription despite still being in a lot of pain. Well the pain continued to get worse and the next day I had to go to theER again. Had to be transfered to a hospital and had surgery today, and will have another procedure tomorrow. Please if you are actually having any type of pain or emergency situation go to a different ER so you don't waste time you could be getting actual help somewhere else."

"My adult daughter visited this establishment because she had severe vomiting and abdominal pain around the last day of her cycle. Now we went in she could barely stand and the moment this place found out she smoke weed that was their only concern they never checked anything else. Now today she goes to a real hospital Del Webb and she has been having cyst that are exploding in her pelvis. Now this medical establishment never told her to visit a gynecologist or even gave her information regarding anything other than the fact that she smokes weed. Thank god she didn’t die but I guess dealing with a black woman and her medical care it had to be the fault of something as trivial as the fact that she legally smokes weed."

"I shocked at the other reviews I see here. The hospital is clean and efficient. Everyone was caring and prompt. This is the shortest amount of time I’ve ever spent at an ER facility. They took time to explain things. The diagnosis came back as pneumonia for my 21 year old son. They called in the medications quickly. My son is 100% better by the same day due to fast service & treatment. I 100% recommend!!"
