"This review is from my mom HoaThu Nguyen regarding her stay at ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital between 1/29/2024 and 2/15/2024. A stroke occurred on 1/26/2024 has left me with weaknesses on my left arm and left leg. I was unable to sit up straight or walk. The occupational therapists (Chyna, Joann, Sheri) and the physical therapists (Aliesha, Lori, Lisa, Jessica) have all been wonderful in helping and teaching me to sit up straight, to use the walker and wheelchair in order to perform the basic tasks of daily grooming, dressing and much more. I also appreciate Speech therapist Morgan who showed me how to speak louder to be heard. . All the day and night nurses and CNAs who took care of me are also amazing. Everyone in the kitchen staff has been so accommodating and supportive of my special diet due to my lactose intolerance and acid reflux conditions. And last but not least, a special thank to Doctor Morales, PA Katie for your help in managing my medications and my well being. There are many others whose names I can’t recall but my gratitude for the exceptional care and dedication to you all are not forgotten. I wish ClearSky the very best in the future and I highly recommend ClearSky Rehab hospital to everyone who’s looking to get well after experiencing a stroke like I did."

"Professional and friendly staff. Hard to say goodbye to “the crew” on discharge day. Speech, occupational and physical therapist staff are outstanding- very knowledgeable, experienced and supportive. Case manager Melinda had prepared us for a successful and safe discharge-excellent communication . The food was delicious. The dietary staff were friendly and very helpful with special requests. The nurses and nurses aids were kind, caring and professional-always available. The small details (did not go unnoticed) made the time spent there memorable. The facility was very clean and inviting. "This new Rehabilitation facility has to be one of the best in Arizona! My husband received two weeks of exceptional care, attention, and encouragement from all the staff at ClearSky. He had consistent physical, occupational, and speech therapy using their state-of-the-art equipment. The patients were treated with a complete commitment to their needs. The caregivers encouraged them to go to the dining room each day to socialize with visitors or patients and to enjoy the variety and excellence of the food. The staff seem genuinely happy to work there—there's a great working atmosphere and outstanding leadership from the CEO. They even have a wonderful celebration for each patient when they leave, with many of the staff and other residents cheering them on. The goal at Clearsky is obvious—to help every patient to become as independent as possible when they leave.
