"Whenever I call I have to wait 30 minutes or more and then be hung up on. I came into the store today to close my account because I’ve been waiting 2 1/2 months to get a loan and no one will contact me and they want me to do it all by myself and when I can’t they just stop communicating with me all together. I was able to get my account closed that I was required to open today. The account has been open for 2 1/2 months and I’ve only received one document about it. One of the ladies at the front desk was rude and upset even though I was calm and courteous and did not raise my voice or show any anger towards her or the associate who took care of me. Julia the associate who took care of me was sweet and professional but the other one was not. August 4th 2022"
