"Never have I once walked in a place and have been greeted and treated so rudely. The customer service was way below my expectations and I highly recommend everyone not to purchase from here. The lady behind the register had the worst attitude and shouldn’t even be allowed to step foot on those floors. I will never come back!"
"The linen tree use to be me and my mom’s favorite store to shop at up until last week. Their customer service was absolutely disgraceful and honestly very rude. As soon as we walked in, no one asked if we needed help or even said a “hello, welcome in”. My mom was trying to get a bed set and the woman that worked there kind of scuffed and laughed under her nose because of my mom’s hard Russian accent. This was absolutely disrespectful and disgusting. Will not be shopping there anymore as this is not how customers should be treated."
"Terrible customer service and horrible attitude from a specific associate never going back. I came in on march 20 at 11am to try to buy new decor for my dorm as a college student and these employees were neglectful and rude. I frankly have no clue where this reply came from but this business is honestly so unprofessional and I will never be going back I work at a bank and have never been late!"

Kristina Hilleboe helped me and she was really good at pulling options. I ended up going with her pick but she was very patient with my process."
