Because of my age, I kept forgetting to tell him important things and that forced him to do over certain information that he had already entered. He even had to figure out several hours later to include a discount coupon I had forgotten to mention when I completed the purchase. All I can say is that he was awesome and I truly appreciate what he did for me."
"I spoke with Steve over a week ago, seeing if I could get a specific mattress I was looking for delivered to my new address after moving to AZ. He was extremely warm and offered me a great deal. When I moved to AZ over a week later, I called and asked if the deal still stood, and he assured me it did. I wasn’t sure once there I wanted to spend as much on the mattress I originally wanted and he very patiently showed me many other options. I never felt he was trying to urge me toward the more expensive buy. I was comfortable with him and he still offered me a great deal when I made a decision. He also gave me information on the area and even offered to give me any further info on restaurants and activities after the sale if I ever wanted to call for them. Excellent service - Steve is one of my favorite people I’ve worked with to purchase something.
