"I have had back issues for years. We purchased two of their recliners that are amazingly adjustable (from the Lito line), comfortable, heat, massage and have position memory. Through the fault of our cleaning crew, the almost indestructible transformed was damaged (completely our fault). I called the store, spoke with Kyle who was immediately helpful and came back to me with two possible solutions within one day. He offered and we took a very low cost solution. Not only quality products, but helpful follow-on service when you need it. We highly recommend them. Best selection of chairs for back issues I have ever seen."

"Went to the store to find chairs for my elderly parents. Mike was knowledgeable very patient. We returned with my father who tested out the Positive Posture chairs. We made the purchase and had the chairs delivered the same night 1 hour earlier than expected. Delivery people were courteous and efficient and again very patient with my elderly patients. I am grateful for the selection of quality merchandise and the professionalism of sales and delivery staff."
"From the start of looking for a new mattress/adjustable bed and all the way to the finish (at delivery), my experience here was phenomenal. The in-store team (Mike and Corey) were educational, good listeners, and put no-pressure on purchasing (no sales gimmicks). At delivery, we had the best team come (Mike, JD, another JD, and Samuel). They were so careful with our existing furniture and were detailed with the whole set up. They cleaned up everything and were professional, polite, and helpful. Thank you for this good experience!"
