"My wife and I purchased two swivel rocker chairs made by Flexsteel in 2021. Within one month, the fabric started to wrinkle. We showed Wendy some photos and she agreed that wasn't supposed to happen. The manufacturer would not fix the problem, so Wendy took it upon herself to remedy. She arranged pickup and return (we live 45 miles away) and we have had the chairs for over a month with no sign of a wrinkle. She stands behind her product and goes to her utmost to assure customer satisfaction."

"All I can say is Wendy Is knowledgeable but pushy. My mom only ordered the chair because of how perfect it was for her. That was July 3rd, understanding COVID, it just arrived! It was the wrong chair! Wendy did nothing when I asked if she could make an adjustment in price for the inconvenience. She was abrupt and told me to call the factory! Not my job. We will go elsewhere. Now I know why the ratings are low, the furniture is great, not Wendy."
