"I’ve never received an exam before where the ultrasound tech didn’t wear gloves. It seems unsanitary to me. There was a piece of hair on the ultrasound machine and she was just picking it off the machine with her bare hands all the while doing my exam. My ultrasound tech had a bad attitude and came off rude, didn’t wear gloves and she was weird about me having my phone on me. She wouldn’t allow my spouse to be in the exam room with me either, which I guess if that’s their policy then it’s understandable. It was an odd experience. I will not be returning to this SMIL location."

"When I need a test performed at SMIL, I'll drive to the Fountain Hills office, bypassing the closer Mountain View location. The Fountain Hills office is less crowded/chaotic, appointments are typically timely, and the staff is friendly."
