"I'm not sure what is up with all the negative reviews. I was there at 6:55 am and out by 7:15. No appointment. Guys at the desk were professional and efficient. The vampire lady in the back was friendly and quick."

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My child had anxiety and a history of bruising with blood draws, and Sean the site coordinator was very helpful. He did the blood draw himself, which was very kind. He also was very thorough with the whole process. Overall, it was a great experience."

"Will not be returning to this location, as the staff is combative, argumentative, ignorant in nature and very rude. I walked unto this location asking for a ua, the gentleman who quickly announced that he is "in charge and runs this facility, on the first sentence out of his mouth said that I called sonora quest. He continued to accuse me of calling sonora quest, without allowing me to even speak. I'm not sure what he has so rude. I was finally able to chime in and state that I called and an individual, stated to come in before 4 for the ua. They never stated before 2, and they very well may have meant to, but said 4 perhaps things happen it was really not a big deal for me. The individual who stated he runs that facility started to raise his voice so everyone waiting could hear, and stated they close at 3 and again made accusatory and uncalled for statements in a loud and escalating manner. I, fortunately, am used to working with hostile combative and unstable individuals, so I just refocised the conversation to the topic and that he needed to please calm down and not be rude. I was not rude i was just stating what the conversation had entailed when i called earlier He of Coarse ignored me cut me off and continued to be rude. I'm not sure if he was unstable, or chemically altered as this was not the behavior of an individual who should be the face of this location let alone in leadership. I will not be returning and will be informing my Healthcare colleagues and professionals tp watch out for this facility. I will be filing a formal complaint as racism and prejudiced behavior has no room in Healthcare."

"2.1? Visited twice. First time I did as the kiosk stated while hearing two sperate sets of patients scream and yell at the very combative staff. After waiting a short time I received my materials in order to self administer the test at home. I left with a poor taste in my mouth by seeing so many patients treated so poorly. I came back the next day with my specimen in hand exactly how they instructed me the day before. The lady at the window screamed past the patient she was dealing with to tell me I needed to "check in". Mind you if I dropped off the specimen after hours it goes in a drop box with no "check in" required. I stated I was just dropping off and she insisted on photo copying my insurance card which is something I witnessed them do TWICE the day before. I obliged while the lady who clearly C.an't U.nderstand N.ormal T.hinking berated me verbally the whole time even yelling at her coworker who was making the photo copy of my insurance! Sad state of affairs the medical industry these days."
