Peter looked at everything provided us with an estimate for repairs, explained everything to our home warranty company, who then approved the work. Due to approval process with warranty company Peter had to return a couple of days later, which was not a problem. He’s extremely professional and went above and beyond with the repairs to our garage door, which now works better than it ever has. I hope anyone who calls A1 Garage to fix their garage door is lucky enough to get him as their technician…you’ll thank me. Thanks Peter and A1, you guys did not overcharge (my opinion) or try to sell us a new door when we only needed new springs, cables, and bottom rails."
"I felt Peter Jefferson performed his job with a great attitude and much professionalism. He. Arrived on time, introduced himself and, after I showed him what the issue was with my garage door, got right to work. As Peter progressed with his work, he showed and explained to me what the problems were and allowed me to choose the option(s) that I felt best fixed/replaced any broken and/or worn parts. Peter worked hard and quickly as possible. Except forgetting to hook up the drive, which he returned to rectify, I felt Peter and the folks at HQ performed better than I had initially anticipated."
"He did a great job. My only complaint is he left the old unit outside next to my driveway, but he's coming back Friday as my garage door apparently has an old spring unit and a new one is being put in, so I'll have him collect it then."
