"Ridiculous waiting time to get the results back from a simple ultrasound. Other imaging services have a 24-48 hour return time. When I asked how long it would take to get the results, they said 4-5 days, and it has now been 7 days! When I called today (and I shouldn't have to call) I was told they did not know when my results would be ready and that I should call back in two days. This delay is unacceptable when I am trying to care for my issue based on the results of this imaging. Side note, the only reason Banner gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the amazing staff members who work hard and are very kind to their patients. When you think about how underpaid they are, and how they still manage to do so much with so much heart, they are amazing. Too bad the system can't work right to give them the credit they deserve. If only you were as dedicated to fast responses for important things, like providing imaging results, as you are to marketing and trying to manage your brand, then I might believe you more. But your priorities are clearly not about patient experience as much as they are about sales."

"They have a ridiculous, over-the top policy that if you have to be medicated for your appointment someone who KNOWS YOU has to be there to pick you up and drop you off. Good luck if you have recently moved here or don't have family. Really, we are grown-ups and an Uber should suffice. I was pretty mad about this because it's frustrating and distressing to been that situation. I see why they think they have to have that policy but it's too tight and they should make exceptions for medical transportation services. Not everyone is in the "average" situation. As it happened, I found people at work to take me. The medical staff at the facility where professional and kind -and also had their hands full trying to get my claustrophobic self into that tube."

"Very clean & well run facility where I gladly went to get an open vs a closed MRI. Banner Imaging did their due diligence in regards to my platinum stapes placed in the 1990s. Got me to call the House institute in LA to get a letter stating the right MRI machine for me. Staff is friendly, ultra professional. It took a little longer than expected as some registration people were out sick but people who were cross trained in that position happily covered & the day was saved. This is a place I would like to work!!!"

Very professional folks and they treated me as if I was the only customer they had in a busy waiting room. Love having all my imaging in one place also. Great idea if I need to find it in the future."

"I had such a great experience at this location, that I had my daughter go here for her MRI as well. All staff members are polite and helpful as well as thorough. They are great about not making you wait long. I was able to get in and out in a decent amount of time. If ever i need services again in the future that they can provide I will like to be scheduled here. Thank you to the entire team for being great at your job!"
