Valley Sleep Center - Chandler

"So for my experience with valley sleep center has not been good! I am a school teacher so I'm busy during the day. I have left four messages of which only two have been responded to about 3 days later and their voicemail is very quiet, but did say to schedule online. I couldn't. I am a teacher and I had to drive over to make an appointment during my spring break!"

"Great service. Clean. Friendly and efficient staff. Lots of parking. Free Wi-Fi There are 2 entrances. In the front (off chandler) and in the back. The front entrance is open during business hours also but stays open at night because it’s where you MUST enter if you’re having your sleep study. Downfall is that if you enter in the front for a consultation (day time) you have to walk a looooooong hallway to get to the rear and sign in. They call people in SURPRISINGLY fast. Usually you check in, get called to check your vitals. Then the dr calls you in. I wasn’t seated long enough to send a text message. Yes, that fast. And this was the same for every person who showed up. Sleep study test being performed in clinic???? Things you should know….. Free wi-Fi. TV has cable. Bed is comfy. You get the option on 3 different types of mattress / bed. Each room has own restroom and shower. They supply you a pillow and blankets but you can bring your own. BRING YOUR OWN TOILETRIES The staff wakes you up at exactly 6am and disconnect you and you are on your merry way. Wi-Fi code is: sleepapnea"

"Takes months to get an appointment here but not to charge you. Every appointment is very expensive (with insurance). The testing at home technique is questionable. The techs that have seen me are pretty young and didn't answer my questions satisfactory. I feel like I'm in the same place before this study."

"Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever in my life dealt with. They are clearly all about the money and not helping the patient. I would leave a negative 5 if possible."

"My son had a sleep study done here, and this place by far exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I was given spectacular customer service! Jon and Destiny were absolutely amazing! The rooms here were nothing of what I imagined. I honestly felt like it was a mini vacation from home. It was so relaxing, clean, and felt like a little hotel room. My son enjoyed his night here and wants to go back lol. But I told him it was only for a test. This just goes to say how much he enjoyed his visit. I would definitely recommend this place 100% to anybody and everybody."
