"SMIL has its systems down. My experience started with Beatrice Dominguez in authorizations. She is amazing. She gave me her direct dial and her email address and was super responsive. She said my procedure was denied. I told her some documents I have might help and she offered to send them in for me. This was Friday and she got my approval before my appointment on Monday. What exemplary service and she is so kind. I showed up at Tatum and Shea location and every single person was smiling, kind, helpful and efficient. Such personable and caring staff. I loved seeing the staff interacting with one another - they genuinely appeared happy to be there. The techs who did all the back office work with the IV to the CT were all wonderful caring people. I needed IT help to access my account on the way out and the receptionist took control of my question and made sure I was able to log into my account. TRULY THE VERY BEST! DO NOT DO YOURSELF WRONG AND GO ELSEWHERE! Clean facilities too."

"First of all, this location is in the most Northwest corner of the plaza. That means it’s closest to the intersection of Tatum & Shea. I’m leaving this review because I this may have been the best healthcare service visit I’ve ever had. From scheduling to the x-ray tech my appointment was easy and amazingly quick. I was only on hold 12 minutes to get the appointment. The guy at reception was as joyful a guy as you’ll meet yet professional and not overly chatty as to slow down the processing. When I walked in there were a lot of people in the lobby but the wait was less than 10 or 15 minutes. The x-ray tech worked quickly but I never felt rushed. Wow! ."

"I have avoided going for my mammogram for the past 3-4 years because of a "less than" experience at another local imaging place. When my doctor told me that I shouldn't avoid it any longer, I asked about another location/company that she would recommend. SMIL was at the top of her list. I went this afternoon. My tech, Susan, who took me through the whole experience was so gracious and gentle in her work. She explained everything she was doing and made the experience so comfortable. I highly recommend SMIL for any type of imaging- especially for mammograms!"
