"If you are an LGBTQ+ identifying patient, I'd advise you to seek care elsewhere. To provide clarity in the rest of this review, my partner and I both identify as nonbinary. I was advised to schedule an appointment at this facility by my PCP and was told about all the positive reasons why she likes referring patients here: the speed, efficiency, and sincerity of care provided and the overall sense that the staff is passionate about making their patients feel secure and comfortable. After reviewing the numerous positive reviews, I was hopeful that going through an uncomfortable procedure would be manageable here. I'm sorry to say that I did not have the same comfortable experience as other patients have shared. My partner planned the day off work to be there with me for a procedure I was nervous about. Based off my research about this procedure in most facilities as well as my experience with most doctors' offices, I assumed that it would be reasonable my partner attends the procedure for emotional support. The only instructions included in my preparation list said to have on-site supervision for children, which did not apply to my situation. On the day of the appointment after check-in, when instructed to follow the receptionist to the back, my partner was rudely halted with "No males." repeated twice to them with no further explanation. It was only explained after I left the lobby that female patients are brought to a communal dressing room to prepare for their procedure, and that males aren't allowed in the dressing room. When asked as to how male patients are meant to prepare, I was told males are instructed to change right in the procedure room; this part was stated in a way that indicated I should feel lucky I don't have to go through what male patients do. If my records were transferred prior to this appointment as I had requested, there should have been a note that I'm nonbinary. I was not once offered the alternative option to prepare for my appointment as males do; instead I was corralled to the communal female dressing room all while the receptionist made implications that my partner would oggle at bare-chested patients if they were allowed in the dressing room with me. After preparing, the sonographer brought me to the procedure room where I asked if I could bring my partner in for emotional support. She initially stated yes, but that she had to confirm with the radiologist. After speaking with the radiologist, I was then told I could not have them be in the room with me during the procedure UNLESS I was going to receive news that required emotional support present. After the initial imaging, I was then left in the procedure room for 48 minutes alone waiting for the radiologist. When completing payment, my partner and I inquired about this policy of "No Male Emotional Support" that the staff all quoted and we were told it came from the Center Directors. We reviewed all policy postings in the lobby and dressing room where available and not once did we see in writing that male emotional support was not allowed to be present during the procedure. While I commend the sonographer and radiologist for their diligent work in trying to make me feel comfortable, this entire experience left me feeling anything but. I am disappointed at either the lack of attention or the lack of consideration towards LGBTQ+ patients who desire alternative methods of preparing to receive care. I am disgusted at the consistent disdain and blatant disrespect that was shown towards males overall as well as my partner. Frankly, I'm concerned about why a policy, that is understood among ALL staff to not allow male emotional support for patients, is NOT put in writing for patients to reference and plan their care around. Having a policy that is enforced without being in writing does nothing short of make me feel suspect about the general practices of this facility as a whole. In short, this facility is a great place to go if you're a cis female patient. If you're anything outside of that, you may be treated more like an invasive pest."

"Absolutely love this office! I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day! The whole process of scheduling and registering was so easy doing it from home with the text links I was immediately sent. Also got a link for check in the morning of my appointment. When I got to the office I was greeted by very friendly ladies at the desk. I was in and out so quickly, it was a great experience, especially considering it was one of my least favorite things to do lol. I have already scheduled next years appointment :)"

"The entire staff is amazing! They are warm, kind, compassionate. It’s apparent that they love working there and will go above and beyond for their patients. Love the lockers named after famous women. The facility and equipment are clean and professional and put you at ease. This is consistent with my experience last year as well. The best!"
