"checking in the front desk was so rude. I come here all the time to get my blood drawn, and I always have a good experience except for this time. I went in and this girl gave me attitude from the start. It’s the beginning of her shift and she’s already being rude to people. I’m guessing she’s like this on a regular basis. Everybody here has been friendly and helpful to me all the years I’ve been here. This is the first person who has ever been this rude. It was only nice and helpful. And it was like every single word she was rude. She couldn’t be nice for one second. Even though I’ve been going here for years, I will find another place to use because I will not interact with this rude girl"
"I was a walk-in, so had about an hour and a half wait, but was okay with it since it was only a 5 minute drive, plus a Holiday. The waiting room was packed, but everyone seemed to be in good spirits. The screen that showed the names of clients in numbered order was in the front of the room and hard to see where I was sitting. Another screen in the back of the room would be helpful to those sitting in that area. The staff were friendly and helpful. I give Katrina 5 stars for the awesome blood draw! She is the best that I have ever had! I didn't even feel the needle, and no bruising afterwards. Thank you Katrina!!"
"Please find some measure to reward Vanessa at this location. She really went the extra mile to call and let me know my order was received after the provider failed to send it to the correct fax number. When people are sick it’s the simply kind gestures that mean the most."
"Well that was by far the very best experience I’ve ever had giving blood. Check in was quick & easy. Was seen right at my appointment time & the fastest, most gentle & kind phlebotomist I’ve worked with. I have immense anxiety and usually pass out- I was in & done in 5. Hopefully don’t have to come back for a while haha but this is the location to go to!"
"Unless my doctor's order requires a specific lab/location, I always use this Sonora Quest Lab. The front end is business-like and efficient, and the folks who take the samples (phlebotomists?) are always personable and highly skilled. I highly recommend this location."
