"I bought my first complete bed and frame June 26. $1,625 later I needed 2 new wood slates to hold mattress up and I have 2 storage drawers under ber which one drawer is missing a leg. I was willing to let the snag in the mattress go if other things were taken care of.I know moving to new location was probably stressful but you may have lost the sale on the couch I wanted. I am giving a three star because the sales ladies were very professional."
