"Not on the website appointments only wasted my time going in to find out appointment only"

"My appointment was at 2:15PM on 11/8/23. Brenda B. was in office chatting with a patient or a random walk in, in the back regarding what sounded personal(not medically related). She immediately told me I was late and lectured me on timelyness instead of properly greeting me. Her attitude was unkind and rather unprofessional at this point. I mentioned I was only late because I called at 12PM for directions and no picked up. Upon arriving at the store I waited for an employee to free up and point me the right direction. The response I got from Brenda B. was my email should have specified Sonora Quest was in the store. Unfortunately, this field of work is service related and bed side manner is required. She showed to be unprofessional and extremely unwelcoming. It made me feel like I was unwanted and wasting her time to leave the office earlier...I believe this treatment was unwarranted for 5min. This review needs to be taken as a training opportunity for Brenda. She needs to improve on her customer service skills and rapport with the public ASAP. I was referred to this lab by my doctor.If I could give 0 stars I would. I will be be emailing the owner as well."

"I don't recommend this location; I prefer the 3003 Highway 95 Sonora Quest better. This one in Safeway has only one worker, bless her heart she doing her best but only 1 person allowed in due to the pandemic. Therefore you have to stand outside the door until told otherwise. If you arrive early she will ask you to go back out sometimes not in a nice way. My out-of-pocket was higher at this location as well. On the other hand the 3003 office has spacious parking, kiosk allows you to stay in car and be called when ready or remain in waiting are with approximately 30 seats, customer service is much better, hardly any wait time (I had 8 patients ahead of me and was out within 30 mins)!"

"Showed for my appointment and lady didn't know how to retrieve my doctor's fax and didn't know how to take info, no one else working in this office today so I couldn't get my blood test I needed to get today. Why have an office that can't do anything is mind blowing. The lady was very rude, she had no compassion at all. This person should not be working with the public at all."

"I made an appt. with Sonora Quest (inside Safeway), Bullhead City, AZ for January 18, 2021 at 2:15 p.m. I have a copy of the appointment details confirming the type, time and date This appt. was scheduled on January 14, 2021. I showed up almost 30 mins. early and sat in the waiting area. I waited almost 20 miins. when the lab tech (believe her name was Brenda) when she called me by my first name "Mary". I went to the counter and she said she did not have me down for an appointment and she did not have any paperwork/order from my physician. She was extremely rude and told me I would have to have my physician's assistant fax the order again and then make an appt. I did not bring the letter of my scheduled appt. but can provide it to you if you need it. I feel she deliberately bypassed me, or else why would she have called be my name to come to the counter. I have to re-schedule now and don't have a direct phone number to contact that location."
