"I took my 2017 Jeep in for an engine noise, manifold leak, and brakes. After we picked it up we noticed the brakes were spongy and would grind. Also a new under carriage clunking grind noise appeared after they worked on it. I took it back and they denied the noise and said that the brakes were fine? This issue continued and continued so we took it back again, and again they denied their bad workmanship. The engine noise was diagnosed as a bad AC system. The noise in the engine also continued. I was stressed because I had to drive this jeep 700 miles and it felt like it was going to fall apart. The manager assured me it'd be fine and its just noise and there's no worries. Well it broke down on us half way and left us stranded on the side of the road. I called them to see what the heck and they ignored all my calls. I took the jeep to another shop and they said the water pump was bad. They replaced the water pump and the engine noise i originally complained about disappeared. The mechanic I took it too said it looked like whoever worked on it didn't have a clue what they were doing. He said it seemed very unlikely to have a complete AC system fail with only 50k miles on the vehicle as well. I was a loyal customer to these guys and have spent thousands here. This bill was damn near 4k on my jeep and the only thing they fixed correctly was the manifold. Id avoid these guys at all cost. They proved their dishonestness and lack of ability to properly diagnose and fix vehicles."

"Definitely would not recommend. We trusted them for a very long time, paid them a LOT of money to fix our cars. They over-charged us for work that we didn't need. We took our car into them multiple times to get something looked at, and their mechanics made the problem worse. We were going on a long road trip, and we expressed that to them. We felt like something was still wrong. They assured us that our vehicle was safe and would make it. We didn't trust it, but we had taken it to this mechanic 3 times, and each time he reassured us that he would trust his family to road trip in this car. Sure enough, on the road trip, the car completely broke down. We took it to another mechanic, and he validated that we were correct. Pierce Performance OVER charged us for work that didn't need to be done, and left us with a car that didn't work properly. They never fixed the original problem we brought our car in for. THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS LATER..... We even tried contacting them to make this right and they ignored us. They did not reach back to us."
