"HORRIBLE! I booked an appointment online for 7pm with a female masseuse. I arrived early and was told my appointment would be 10min late if I wanted a female. Not great but I said ok and came back just after 7pm. Around 7:12 I was taken to a room to undress. I waited on the table for what seemed forever. I heard at least one man come into a room for his massage and request a woman, his massage started right away. Then I noticed a clock. It had been over 10 min with no one coming to my room. At 7:30 I got dressed and left. No one said anything as I walked out. Just terrible. I do not recommend. A lady emailed later that night to say sorry she forgot me. Glad I didn't wait any longer because clearly no one was coming to massage me. Ridiculous."

"My massage person was good until she saw the $8 tip. Apparently, that wasn't enough and she did a 180 on me and was pretty rude rushing me out the door. Wow...18% isn't good enough? Uh, I could have tipped nothing."

"My sister, mom, and I visited this establishment, and we unanimously agreed that they provided the best massage experience we've ever had. Each of us enjoyed a wonderful yet functional massage, enhanced by the soothing touch of hot stones which we are still talking about. I recently injured my toe and the masseuse was very attentive to my injury without missing the needed massage. The staff was exceptionally friendly, making sure our experience was top notch. They were easy to communicate with and conducted themselves with utmost professionalism. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment for anyone seeking an exceptional reflexology session. I live on the east side but I hope to stop in on my next trip to the west side of the valley."

"Went here for the first time and got a 90min deep tissue massage. It was amazing for what I needed. Clean facility and linens. Maria was very kind and understanding. She took the time to understand the areas I needed more focus on and her techniques was very affective. I will definitely be returning!"

"Recently, my partner and I visited for a celebratory couples massage. The receptionist was very friendly, and offered some water for the both of us upon signing in. Compared to most massage places I’ve been, I have to say this was a very untraditional massage, but relaxing nonetheless. For example, for both my partner and I they tuck the sheet that covers you into your underwear. Also, they mix hot stone, reflexology, and deep tissue massaging techniques. I’ve never had a guy massage me before so I was a little nervous but Owen did a fantastic job making me feel comfortable every step of the way. The music was tranquil and at a great volume. Out of their control, the other guest were just really loud and like clomped around at the end of their session so when you go, definitely try to be quiet when entering and exiting. The rooms are structured like doctor rooms but aren’t completely closed off (see picture), which is why you can hear quite a bit during your session. We paid $120 for two people. Overall, we enjoyed our experience! If you go and can request someone, definitely ask for Owen!"
